Not so sure what is going on with the weight gain. I mean I know TOM is coming up and I do feel bloated so maybe that is it. However, I am not going to get freaked out. There is also a lot going on this week and that means some added stress as well.
I think I will get to go to the gym today. The medications are so strong that my Husband is taking that really not a good idea to leave him alone under them. My daughter had an appointment yesterday afternoon and I was exhausted anyway. However, I think today I will go when she gets home from school. I need to get to the gym....I am missing the good feeling that I have from going.
