Pleased to have come back from London with some weight loss. I was good re diet and I did walk quite a lot of miles seeing Trafalger Square, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tower of London Tower Bridge etc.. Now trying to get into the 110kgs.. 111.3kg is 17st 7.4lbs..
