WEEK 10 (- 27 hours) bit unfair to include this?? weighed in at 4:30am. travelling to London early doors. had massive carnivore meal yesterday dinner time. Also 1 glass of wine. first alcohol since i started. see how much i weigh when i get back home. Hopefully low 111kgs.
