tHis is usually the point when I get frustrated and say it will never work because I am not dropping a pound a day. However, a pound a day is not realistic nor a good way to lose. i am sticking to my goal. I ahve done research on counting calories and will actually only be consuming 1400 calories per day to lose 2 pounds a week unti lI reach my goal. very exciting.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you! So many people have unrealistic weight loss expectations and give up when don't lose fast enough. So you have a great attitude.

That's a fantastic attitude! Losing a pound a day is unhealthy and completely unrealistic. Whether you're losing, maintaining or even gaining at any particular weigh-in, if you stick to your guns you WILL eventually reach your weight loss goals. And it sounds like you're losing at a pretty rapid rate, so good for you!
