Hello my dear friends
I just got back from my daily walk can't believe it managed 25 mins non stop speed walking 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 spoke to my other half disappointed deflated by the current pandemic the marriage plans .... etc .... told him what I tell myself it's all in Gods hands whatever will be will be we have to accept it knowing that brighter happier days to come ..... focusing on staying healthy mentally as well as physically so am trying my best that's coming from a woman waiting to say I do for almost 10years .....
74.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
