well I gained but it could be water weight. I can't really expect to lose a pound a day forever. Part of it was the night time snack after nine and staying up past midnight. No more of that.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
