well.. let me explain!! went out and had a big meal last night. very large steak, prawns, crayfish, some cauliflower cheese, some salad. didnt have any bad sugar food though. fasting today so hopefully weight gain is temporary.
115.3 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 7.7 kg a Week
