So proud of myself
Manage 10 min none stop walk ( like a Marathon for me) fasting nothing other than Turkish coffee no sugar and instant black in the morning
Made some country Vegetable soup with home-made stock fat removed so nice and healthy will steak salad & boiled potatoes
Did 50 laps of weight lifting too so hopefully will start weight loss again thank u everyone for your kindness & support much appreciated xx
76.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
