I’ve been feeling stressed lately, we had a bed bug infestation for over a year so for the past few months I couldn’t sleep due to being bit every night, finally they’re gone thanks to the pest control from the council 😊 my sleeping pattern is now back to normal! I’ve also written down all the nutritional information for all the desserts I usually eat when I’m tempted or during the Christmas season 🎄💕 Salter food scales are great for weighing portions as I need to control myself lol worked too hard to get where I am now 👍🏻
