SO I ate less then I did yesterday but more than I wanted to. HOwever, I guess I should not be that upset since I have lost slightly in two days. It is so hard when I go to a leader meeting and there are yummy deserts like cheese cake and chocolate pie. There are no more meetings like that for a few weeks so I should be able to resist the temptation.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

looks like you're doing great so far, keep up the good work! and remember- you do have to eat to lose...i know it sounds stupid but your body goes into that whole "starvation" mode, and hangs onto everything, and actually sabotages your wt loss...good luck! you can do this!

thanks!!! I know about the whole needing to eat to lose. It just was not until I started counting calories that I realized how much I was actually eating!!! I really wish I could just blame it on having kids, being in my 30's, and Ben and Jerry's

haha! i know what you mean! it's so easy to place the blame...but it never makes us feel better about ourselves! only prolongs the inevitable...unfortunately! anyway, keep your head up, we're gonna do this, if it takes the rest of our lives! good luck girl!
