WEEK 2 weigh in. 2.8kg loss for week. 7.5kg (16.5lbs) loss in total. Aiming for another 2.5kg loss by next Monday morning. Fasting Day today so not eating till Tuesday around 6pm..
125.4 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
