Another 1/2 lb, curious, especially since I went slightly over my calorie allowance yesterday, plus I didn't get any walking done. I'm being criticized for taking off the heavy boot & replacing it with a smaller lace-up brace, like maybe I'm looking for a re-injury. But no, actually the heavy boot was straining my hip so I would have ended up with another injury. Sometimes you can't win. Well, tomorrow's weigh-in will be interesting.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
