What the what?

Ok, so I have been doing some 24 hour fasting on two days a week along with 18:6 on the other days.

I also started walking.

But that's quite a significant drop.

I guess I might go up next weigh-in but I am taking that for sure!
123 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 6.3 kg a Week
