Struggling to get on track. It's not helping that being superintendents of a 48 unit building gets in the way of regular meals and no set schedules.

I have been drinking 68 ounces of water a day and only drinking a cup of coffee every other day. I have been adding Green Tea to the mix as well.

Can't seem to get enough protein without adding more fat.

Keep on Keeping on.
