Went running 3 times this week. I thought I'd feel great, but after parkrun today I've felt absolutely exhausted and miserable. Does anyone else get this?
60.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I obviously don’t know, but I’m guessing it’s a lack of carbs, (slow releasing carbs) I say this because I do a lot of running, and days when I’ve had a higher protein meal(less carbs) I find my run incredibly challenging.
