So with you. Was my birthday this weekend and I ate my way through the entire weekend. I had champagne, cake, ice-cream and chocolates but the worst was the cheese platter (about 1000 calories on its own) and large packet of cheesecurls. Feel so off I didn't even exercise today (or yesterday). It was a fab weekend though

@ang.rogers38 happy birthday! So glad to hear that you had a great weekend. It’s so important to be present in how you’re feeling and indulge now and then. Allowing yourself that but also pulling yourself back into routine when the fun is over. It’s always tough getting back up but so worth it. You’ve worked so hard to get this far, don’t let that go to waste ✨
