soooo...my weight is standing still again. So next week I am going to be ditching meat, try up my water consumption and stuffing myself with veggies and fruit.
96.3 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
