Getting there.. within 0.1kg of goal weight so adjusted now to 2nd goal of 114.2kg. that will get me under 18st. 2.7kg loss this week and still sat, sun to go before Mondays 4 week weigh in. another 0.3kg for my 2 stone loss badge. 6.3kg to get me to next target.. Can i do it in 3 weeks??? by 7 week weigh in??
