Yes👍 slim fast chocolate 🍫 is working for me I just eat one meal a day by filling my plait with good food the braking it up into to meal have half in morning then fruit with slimfast meal bar then the other half for dinner and my brain thinks it had two dinner's it's like 3 lamb chops cut into two so I end up eating one and a half lamb chops for breakfast I have ravioli pasta the one that has spinach inside and no tomato sauce I will have half of that one-and-a-half pasteur's shells and I will do a whole packet of stir fry I will split that into to put everything in a bowl put it in the fridge and eat the other half and in the evening do it all over again then my body think that's had 2 ml and in between all of that I will snack on peanuts and fruit and get through to SlimFast chocolate bars that's enough for me for one day I sometimes have half the meal and just do breakfast two boiled eggs and toast then I will have a Slim Fast bar and in the evening I will have half a stir-fry with one-and-a-half pasta shell remember I have cut the 3 pasta shells in half you wouldn't notice it until you put it on the plate one-and-a-half is satisfied even though it seems like a little bit by the time you put the stir-fry next to it with the protein meats whether it be chicken breasts or your favourite lamb chops you'll be surprised how one decent meal can go for two times for the day oncest start moving your body down the gym down the supermarket up the High Road on the bus in the car you'll be ready for those Slim Fast chocolate bars and you'll be looking forward to your ready cooked meal when you're exhausted just reach for it in the fridge because it already cooked it for breakfast and at half of it that's how I've been doing my diet and it's working the weight is just falling off and I don't actually feel hungry before I used to eat the whole meal in one go and then I'll be hungry for the rest of the day but I looked at what was on the plate and I said to myself this could be served twice there's enough there to go to Mills so I split everything that I put on my plate in half and put the other half in a bowl and then eat only half my dinner and fill the rest of the day with two chocolate bars and as for the snacks you are entitled to 3 packets of crisps buy SlimFast what I do instead is trade the three packets of crisps for three pieces of fruit or take the three pieces of fruit and stick them all into a blender and drink half the smoothie in the morning and then half at night with the dinner that way I get a proper meal throughout the day but a small meal it's a lot better than sitting down to one evening meal it lasts longer by splitting it in half and your brain won't know the difference and you'll be satisfied and your stomach will shrink and you'll be grateful for the small meals and you won't be hungry so much I recommend SlimFast for anybody if you use it correctly and blend it with real food bye as I said mixing it half in your meals don't have large ml in one go you'll be hungry the day takes forever to get through and you need to be munching all day in order to be satisfied and with SlimFast plan and a broken meal in half you can do it and be satisfied go to bed with a coffee and a Slim Fast chocolate bar and you're happy that's what I've done and I've just got back from the gym
