Only lost 1 pound this week. Well, it's something! I have been slacking a little on workouts and a little less strict on my eating, but still doing great with my eating I think! Compared to the damage I COULD be doing with food! I just need to try harder. Workout harder. Be more determined.
82.1 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
