So despite the craziness of my entire week, and the amount of eating out I did, I lost weight!! I'm very happy. Even though I was eating out, I was practicing portion control, and I chose more sensible options for eating. Sadly though, my running has kind of gone out the window this week. I've only ran once, so that sucks. I can't wait until the craziness of school dies down so I can get back on track.
