Gaining 5.1 kg a Week

I went less than 300 cal over my budget yesterday which is not bad at all for Thanksgiving. What’s really killing me is the lack of BMs. I started taking Metamucil 3 days ago and still no luck. Hoping today (day 4) yields some results and gets my numbers on track.

Try GasX or a stool softner. Both of them work obernight for me when I get sometimes in that situation. The good part about them is that they make it easy to find the relief. I tries once Metamucil and once Restorolax and another once a Senna laxative - each time I deeply regreted. The gasing and bloating and feeling sick loke a dog until finally I was able to get the relief - never again. With the way I eat now I don't gave any more issues. But God - I still remember that times until now. Also helps if you increase both fibre and fat (like coconut or mct oil) in your meals. You may avoid fat but coconut (which you can cook with) / mct (which you can't and is used only in small quatities in salads) oils have a different way of metabolizing - and have minimum impact on your diet.
