Would you say those things to a friend who was struggling? How would you encourage her? This is a temporary rough spot for you. You know what to do, right? Go back to the basics...logging every bite for accountability & to see patterns...choose wisely & mindfully what to cook & serve...and try to move a little bit more. Try to be more gentle with yourself, ok?

Don't be too hard on yourself. Minor setback. Keep pushing forward.

I too have days where I hate myself for cheating on my diet and skipping workouts but I keep going. I keep at it with my workouts and try to avoid another setback as long as I could. Keep going. Even it means starting over, at least you're still moving forward. Don't quit now. A year from now, you will be grateful you didn't give up.

I HAVE BEEN THERE AND DONE THAT! Then lot's of time's do bad eating several days, because what the Heck! Takes a long time to get back in the groove. But now you've got people to talk to and when I write things in my diary, it really helps. Like Crystal said every single morsel and go forward and you will win. Get mad at the diary and show it you can stay under what your calorie count is supposed to be.

You are not your weight. you have an incredible amount of value. Take a moment to use a talent to lift someone and share love. Keep working at your goals. There is success in perseverance especially when it's hard.

You have come so far. A fluctuation is to be expected. Tomorrow is a new day. Fill it with resolve to live your best life. Have fun with your challenges. Make a game of filling out your new healthy menu for the day and do exercises you like to do. You know how to stick it!

Dust off get your head back on the game. You could be 60 lbs heavier but no you took charge of your life and worked at it. Not been easy but you have done it. One set back is just that. We are entering the hardest time of the year. Let’s talk it out. How are you going to get back on track? We are here struggling right with you. We will get throught this. Hugs we have all had these days. You are not alone here. We are all here because we have had days like this. You have already made it further than me. I still have hope I can learn a new way to live. Here’s my hand, please lead the way.

It is behind you. You faced it. You are here. Today, today and today. It isn't easy but it is simple. You know that. Look at all your hard work thus far. Just keep coming here. We have all been there. I go there still 2x/3x a week. (especially just maintaining) the only thing that keeps me going...is this place and our community . No where else do I feel it necessary to go...but here with you. Just keep coming here. And...if you understand any of my jibberish on the matter, well that just goes to show...you belong here too! 🥑✌️🧘🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

You’re going to be fine. It’s ok to fall down from time to time. We all do it. But it’s not about falling down. It’s about getting up. Again and again. Don’t let falling down define you. Let getting up do that. Just keep doing it. Be relentless. You got this!

Wow - looked at your bio and I am so impressed by your weight loss progress! You clearly are not a failure. I love what Jheeden said and it's so true: There may be a rare person on here who never deviated from their plan but virtually everyone has had a blow out period, a day, a week, a month or longer. I guarantee you've had a longer period of success than failure, so build on that. You have a proven track record!

WE all go through periods like this...you can come out of it. Make sure your thyroid is doing its thing - it can cause metabolic slow down and depression. And, as everyone said - each day we TRY, it is a real success!

Please look up Model My Diet (I will put a photo on my post today) for side by side how we change. Sometimes you need to see to believe.
