i am more driven than ever to achieve my goals of less than 5% body fat. I have yoyo dieted so many times and finally I have my fitness and diet routine lines up. Time to crush it!
88.1 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
