14th day on phase 1 to Paleo. I caved last night and had 52 calories of chocolate. It tasted amazing! But dropping 2 lb in 5-6 days without going hungry is far more amazing. That should sustain me though the rest of the first 30 days. :-)
103.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
