I reached my mini goal wt of 200lbs today. Yahoo. Now my next mini goal wt. will be 190. I know that this low carb life style has had a lot to do with it. I love it.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
