Rainy here but I am happy because it will wash the snow remnants away. SPRING! 200 lbs again today. Eating well and keeping focus on my one-derland target. I am going to get there! 3 more days until month end ...let's see if the weight drops by then. Fingers, toes and eyes crossed. Happy Friday friends!
90.7 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
