Woo Woo! I did my first 24 hour fast, and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. On the other hand I kept waking up last night, hoping that daylight had come and I could eat breakfast. Finally it came. I felt a bit weak this morning and ate my cereal before I had my coffee, not my usual time line. I'm down 1 1/2 pounds.
58.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
