Goal achieved! I'm astonished at how important diet is, I am very active because of my job but I also used to eat everything and anything because of my job as well haha my top 3 rules have carried me here: 100g of protein, just 24 g of processes sugar and keep a daily deficit of 400-500 kcal. I haven't stepped in the gym in a while but as they say: diet makes for 80% of weight loss. Now that I've reached this milestrone, I feel motivated to set another to keep me going. Onward to 60 kg we go! 🚀
