I lost 2 lbs more. yahoo for me. I can do this. I'm starting a new challenge today so that should help me stay on track. How is everyone doing?
91.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think I really over did it today. I have a headache and I'm not thinking to straight. I just want it to go away.

I have two days a week when I only have 500 calories. (fasting days) and I sometimes have headaches then. I think its when I haven't drunk enough water maybe?
