A stressful few weeks moving house. Kitchen access restricted due to tiling (mainly eating salad). Gain due to not going to gym, shorter dog walks, & midweek snacking. Still, plenty of DIY. Here's to getting house sorted soon so I can get back into a routine.
70 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
