Glad I’ve done this enough to know there are daily fluctuations. That said, I’m excited to be almost in the 20’s and closer to a milestone (#225).
104.9 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's a slow race for the tenacious.

@Eral66, yes it is a very slow race. So far tenacity has been there to over come the moments of deviation. 😉
