that is what I like to see when I weigh in. sticking to being strict with calorie intake and yet still being able to enjoy good foods. made manicotti last night. I measured mine out before making it and just did not load it with extra cheese on top. I indulged in some garlic bread but cut it smaller and resisted eating more. so I did go over my 1500 cal goal but stayed under 1800.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
