I realize my weight loss is vanity weight. Anyway, I stopped tracking my food for two months and gained 7 pounds. So I’m back, this app seriously helps me.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
