I need to get more serious about my new eating habits. I'm going to clean out my frig and cabinets. I am going to get a notebook and write down everything I eat.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
