I had stopped weighing in and went totally carb crazy for a few months. My weight shot up to 238.9 and I stopped exercising because I was not engaging with what I needed to do. I am working my way back slowly and will begin an exercise program. I have given up most carbs and sugar over the last 3 weeks and have seen an 8 pound weight loss. It’s not noticeable yet but I feel the difference in a few pairs of pants. I missed being here and am heartened by the hard work going on.
103.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 56.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
