Happy Friday Eve! This has been a long and tiring week. I am happy that I did not talk myself out of the gym yesterday, but it could have been so so easy. Could have been easy to snack all day to combat the sleepiness as well, but I didn't. Today I am proud of myself.
103.7 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
