Got really down yesterday and wanted to eat all day. Also, other worries, but hey ho. But, this morning, scales say I lost a tiny bit more, so cheered up. I will try to make a healthy nutritious lunch today.
71 kg Lost so far: 5 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
