Weight is up and I have been eating more, but I've also been exercising like crazy and my performance is better: heavier weights, faster run times, all around better. I guess I needed to eat more?
70.6 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
