so as much aas I am counting calories and excercising Ineed to decrease more calories. jsut not losing and hovering around the same weight within a pound or two for a weekor so. Beign more diligent with food choices an cuttign in half what I eat for lunch
80.5 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
