I have been going to the gym since Sept 2013 and have only lost 22 lbs and 1 pant size. I want to loose more wt. I am going to try a loose carb diet. My doc. told me today that it was fine with him.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
