Bit annoyed that my scales were set to stones and I'd converted wrong to Kg. When I reset them to kg, realised my mistake. Went with tape measure and can see where I've lost round my hips and some off belly, so that cheered me up a bit.
71.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
