There you go, falling off. The honey doesn't seem to be having too much effect. OMAD, two pork chops and a bar of very dark chocolate. Rinse, repeat and do a CN once a week or so. HOWEVER... they came to take the old fridge-freezer away today and refused to do so on the grounds it wasn't completely defrosted. No-one told me that had to be the case :-( So I have to eat now or waste food :-( Having burgers for lunch, excellent quality ones though.
