Had a meal out yesterday but didn't have the marg but still ate bread! Then daughter had a take away late last night and I had some. Oh my. Back on it today.
70.4 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
