Very rare big loss for me, I find some weeks it flies off and other weeks it doesn't shift, just goes to show you need to stick with it.

Feel guilty about having a takeaway today but have a good 2/3 hour trek tomorrow to burn it off
78.1 kg Lost so far: 32.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
