Well. 81kg was my target weight for a fair old while. This is the heaviest weight the nhs considers healthy for a man of my height and age.
I think I will continue doing what I have been recently and see how things progress, perhaps upping my exercise variety.
Will also do some research into a new goal weight. 76.9kg is "ideal" according to a quick google...
