Despite the sudden surge on the scale (💔), in August I lost:

6cm - stomach
3cm - chest
2,5cm - hips
2cm - waist
1,5cm - thighs
1cm - upper arm
0,5cm - calves

It’s not nothing I guess ☀️
82.7 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's excellent, don't worry about the scale. Think of your journey as body recomposition instead of weight loss, focus on the measurements not the scale, 6cm off the stomach is a huge achievement.

I no longer look at the scale when The week before and after my period. Hormonal fluctuations can add 2 kg of water retention no kidding. Try to weigh yourself only during a 2 week window. What matters is how your clothes feel and how you feel.

I've never done the cm thing... I should probably google where on the body to measure... especially for those days when thr scale doesn't move
