no change a little bummed and then I find myself thinking about what did I do differently. Well, I had a low carb sandwich wrap that I bought and not made...so I could only take a stab at the calories. I only got in 22 min of exercise versus my normal 35 + min. Other than the low carb sandwich I don't think I was bad. So today have to crank it back up..I was REALLY tired last night too. Oh and maybe the possibility that my menstrual cycle is right around the corner.
104.4 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
