WTF, I have been keeping my calories close to 1500 per day, exercise has been good I feel thinner but that evil scale such as hell don't give me no love.
101.5 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
