Grateful for another pound, I'm still battling the "I want to eat more" feeling. I do have to say I'm successfully battling it because I'm not actually hungry, and I don't actually want anything in the pantry.
I'm being more mindful of how I feel when I eat, and when my brain wants food, and it seems to be working so far.
